Anthony is a litigator with special emphasis on insurance related claims and disputes.
The insurance litigation work which Anthony handles includes personal and work injury, personal accident policy claims and general insurance claims including public liability, D&O policies, contractors’ all-risks policies, bonds and guarantees.
Other than insurance litigation work, Anthony also has experience in handling civil and commercial litigation cases. The cases include disputes between shareholders and companies, employment issues, landlord and tenant disputes, matrimonial and debt recovery / enforcement proceedings for individuals, companies and various financial institutions.
With more than 27 years of practice experience, Anthony is one of the few experienced senior insurance litigation practitioners in the small circle of insurance litigation lawyers in Singapore.
Anthony is also an assigned solicitor of the Legal Aid Bureau.
